This Refund Policy details the refund terms for software licensing, setup fees, and maintenance agreements provided by Netwall Expert Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, India.
Netwall BNG software licenses (monthly, annual, or perpetual user count licenses) are non-tangible, digital goods. Once a license key is issued or deployed onto your production server, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to run a proof-of-concept (POC) using our test environments before purchasing active production licenses.
One-time setup, installation, or physical deployment fees are strictly non-refundable once the deployment process has started on your network elements or virtualization platforms.
Credits purchased by Resellers and Partners for allocation to sub-accounts are non-refundable. They can, however, be transferred to other active licenses or held indefinitely until assigned to an end-user account.
You can cancel your license subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your system will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further billing will occur. No prorated refunds are provided for early termination of a billing period.
