Welcome to Netwall BNG. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Broadband Network Gateway (BNG) software, portals, and services provided by Netwall Expert Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, India.
You agree to use Netwall BNG solely for lawful purposes related to network administration, ISP management, and subscriber billing. You shall not use the software to facilitate DDoS attacks, network disruption, unauthorized traffic monitoring, or violations of TRAI regulations.
Netwall BNG is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, copyright, intellectual property, source code, and design files remain the exclusive property of Netwall Expert Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or resale of the system is strictly prohibited.
Authorized partners and resellers must adhere to standard pricing frameworks. Resellers are not permitted to alter copyright notices, brand identity, or legal disclaimers unless an explicit white-label addon is purchased from Netwall Expert Pvt Ltd. Commission structures and payouts are governed by separate bilateral agreements.
Netwall Expert Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, network downtime, or TRAI non-compliance penalties arising out of the use or inability to use this platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
